As a keen surfer, Matt loves sharing the stoke. He’s seen the restorative benefits of surf therapy during six years as a volunteer and trustee at Live for More. Matt is a business consultant, unwinding via beach time with his family.
Showing his age by running the nation’s first surf camp in 1975, he’s also New Zealand’s oldest surf instructor. After leading a globally scattered life, he was awarded TECT Volunteer of the year for his role in Bay of Plenty surf therapy.
